Support and product quality are excellent
Bought this product and the accessory bars after having talked to and impressed by one of the tech support guys (KiDong). I made a stupid mistake during my initial install last weekend and called Stratus up 1st thing Mon morning. I got live help via Google Meet within the hour. In short, the issue/s were resolved and they even gave me an opportunity for a Q&A. Being a support engineer myself, I know only too well how important this kind of support is to my customers. I am very glad Stratus is too. I have yet to use the lift to work on my cars, but I am confident when I run into issues again, they will not hesitate to help me get through them.

The best open-center mid-rise lift on the market
I spent months shopping for an open-center mid-rise lift and while there are many lifts out there with a similar layout, none of them are as wide, tall, or load rated as high as this one. The lift was delivered to my 2-car garage in a lift gate truck and pallet jack, and I removed it from the crate myself by lifting the rear with a pry bar to install the wheels, then laying boards forward to pull the handle wheels along until the lift cleared the crate. I tried using a 120v/15a outlet but the unlock actuators growled and struggled to activate because the power was too low. I installed a 120v/30a RV outlet and plug and now it operates perfectly. To solve the issue of it sliding on the concrete when driving a car onto it, I placed a cheap yoga mat under each platform base and now it's solid. My garage has a 9-10' ceiling and I can lift my 58" tall sedan to the max height setting, and my 69" tall SUV to the middle setting. The best part of this lift is I can park over it every day and not have to store any lift components. The power unit sits neatly next to my tool box, completely unimposing. Awesome customer service and fast shipping too.

In all videos I have watched it says you need a 15 amp breaker that is wrong you need a 30 amp this should be revised to save time and trouble when installing the equipment other than that it is a great product.
