To place a Parts Order, request a quote, or create a technical support request, it is mandatory to include your lift's Serial Number, the Part Numbers and Quantities that you require or describe the issue you are facing with your lift. Refer to the Common Parts Price List(coming soon) for pricing details or quotes of standard parts. This list provides information about our retail pricing, for the most frequently ordered parts. For details regarding unusual parts, please refer to the Lift Manuals Section.

To hasten the estimation process for unique parts, we kindly request you, when feasible, to include the parts' numbers as listed in the Lift Manuals. Alternatively, offering in-depth details will be beneficial for our Service Team's assessment. It will enable our service team to expediently assist you with your parts or service/troubleshooting inquiries by having access to necessary information.
