How does shipping work and how long does delivery take?

We offer free freight shipping to commercial addresses, local installers, and truck terminals across the lower 48 states. Residential deliveries incur an additional fee. The buyer is responsible for unloading upon delivery. A surcharge applies to certain states including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Maine.

Are Stratus lifts ALI certified?

Yes. Every Stratus lift undergoes rigorous independent testing and certification to meet ALI safety standards. Each lift is dynamically tested at 115% of its rated capacity and statically tested at 150% of its rated capacity before it ever reaches a customer. Safety is never something we compromise on.

What voltage do I need for my lift?

Most Stratus lifts are available in both 110V and 220V configurations. The 110V option typically requires a 30A breaker and the 220V option requires a 20A breaker. The voltage option is selected at the time of purchase on the product page. If you are unsure which is right for your shop contact us and we will help you choose.

Can I pick up my lift in person?

Yes, local pickup is available at our warehouse in College Station, Texas, and we offer a discount for customers who choose to pick up in person rather than ship. If you are in the Bryan, College Station, or surrounding area contact us to arrange a pickup and we will take care of you.
