At Stratus Auto Equipment, we provide consultation services to assist with diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance on installation and operation of our equipment.
Consultation Rate:

Our consultation services cover:

Diagnostic support for lift performance or malfunction issues

Live video consultation or call.

Assistance with lift setup, calibration, or safety concerns

Technical support for various lift models and configurations
Billing Details:

A 1-hour minimum charge applies to all consultations

We bill per the hour after the initial one-hour minimum.
