Absolutely Worth It 9k lb version
I bought the 9,000 lb version and finally got to put it to use. I absolutely love it. The build quality is excellent, the lift operates smooth and solid, and setup was straightforward. It has plenty of clearance and power for my vehicles, and it feels incredibly stable even at full height. If you’re on the fence about getting one, do it this thing completely changes the game in the garage.

Great Lift
I have been using this lift for 6 months in my home garage. I chose the scissor lift because 1) my garage ceiling is only 8.5 feet; 2) my concrete is not thick enough to install a 2 post-lift. 3) I want to be able to park the car on the lift when the lift is not used (some other style scissor lifts are thicker and does not clear my cars). The experience is way better than any jackstands/quickjacks I had before. It allows me to be able to sit down and work underneath the car. Brake jobs, fluid services, exhaust replacements, etc were much more pleasant than before. Plus, I am able to park my vehicle on it when the lift is not used. I have lifted some very low cars( (e.g. Miata, S2k, 987 Spyder, 981 GTS) ) with the help of the access ramp. The lift action was very smooth and the car was very stable when lifted. The installation process is quite simple, I was able to set it up in an afternoon. When my lift arrives there was some damage on the hydraulic hose. The customer service was able to send me replacement parts fairly quickly. My garage has a 15amp circuit. It still lifts the car but sometimes it trips the breaker. I would recommend a 20amp circuit to begin with. I have also noticed that the access ramps cannot be secured to the lift (the bolt holes do not align). I hope Stratus address it in the future products. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this product to other auto enthusiasts.
